I have a small table top dishwasher and I can divide the Dip dishwasher sheet into 1/4s to use in my machine. I couldn't do this with a dishwasher tablet. The wash is very good and I feel I am doing my bit with an ecologically friendly product with no plastic.

The box is FSC-certified card from responsibly managed forests, fully recyclable, with no plastic anywhere.
The Forest Stewardship Council certifies that the card we use is traceable to responsibly managed forests. The box and tape go straight in your recycling. The sheets never become waste at all: they dissolve completely in the wash.

Really disappointed with these dishwasher sheets. I bought them because they were advertised as non-toxic and had great reviews, but they simply don’t work for me. After using them, my mugs still had tea and coffee stains, and my glasses and cutlery came out with residue and no shine. I regularly clean my dishwasher filters and spray arms and did so again just to see if the results would be better. I even tried using a full sheet as advised by Dip, but the results were exactly the same. Each occasion I’ve had to rewash everything by hand, which completely defeats the purpose. Unfortunately, I won’t be continuing my subscription and I’m reluctant to try their other products.

Love the company and intent. The product is lovely but the dishwasher sheets just don't work that well. " sheets in each wash still doesn't get things clean - avocado still on plates and cutlery not clean. Would love to love this more but sadly some work needed on the cleaning efficacy.

Very happy with laundry cleaning and work surface cleaner products, packaging is minimal and products are very nice to use. Laundry products have no strong perfume smells and wash clothes well. Dish washing product, I have been disappointed with. I contacted Dip and I've been sent an additional pack to double up on sheets when setting dishwasher going, however this still does not do the job very well. Clothes washing & fabric conditioner in fresh linen works - the fragrance is a bit much for me so will opt for fragrance free next - the dishwasher works not as well as my usual, it needs something else to tackle tea cup stain & theres no nice shine on glasses. I live in an area that I don’t need to add salt etc so it will work out too expensive if I have to buy further products to cover this! Other than that I’m happy with the concept/small business(hate major Co)/environmental issues. The account subscription could be easier to navigate as I found swapping/deleting products a bit frustrating!! I do like Dip products... I have the laundry sheets, the dishwasher and the counter spray ones. The smell is nice and the laundry and counter top cleaner are great. I'm not as impressed with the performance of the dishwasher sheets as I often get residue on the dishes and the cups are now really stained, but I guess there has to be some compromise for the lack of nasty chemicals! One thing I don't understand is why my recent order of laundry sheets (about the size of a large envelope) cane packed in a much bigger box with lots of paper packing ! Surely this defeats the object. Why can't they just be addressed as they are?

I bought the starter pack as we were out of washing up liquid and I saw that the dishwasher sheets can be used as washing up liquid. I dissolved two strips in 250ml of water and it made totally feeble washing up liquid. I have to try the dishwasher sheets in the dishwasher.

I am specifically looking for a plastic free product. The packaging is plastic free but the sheets contain PVA so no different to a large brand tablet. The cleaning power is awful. Tried all the dishwasher setting, 1 sheet, 2 sheets, in the dispenser out of the dispenser. Always leaves tea stains. Glasses come out clear. Baked on stains don’t move. Will not be buying again. I feel a bit deceived by the eco claims… note to self read the ingredients carefully and don’t trust comparison sites.

Regarding the PVA, currently, it is the safest ingredient to be able to produce our sheets, which due to their water-free lightweight nature, sensitive ingredients and compostable packaging are by far the overall most sustainable option on the market at this time. PVA/PVOH actually doesn't break down into micro-plastics but into other monomers and our sheets are OECD-301B certified biodegradable & non-toxic to aquatic life due to the tiny volumes used. We are of course always looking to continuously improve our products and as soon as a better option becomes available, we will be sure to update our formula. :)
I’m afraid I cannot rate the Dip dishwasher sheets well. They left tea stains in all my mugs and often there were bits of food on other things. My in-laws had the same experience. I love their eco ethos (hence 2 stars) but the product is simply not good enough. I’m going back to Smol which does work well enough, and is at least better than using the more mainstream options.

I tried several eco dish washer options before I used Dip. I am really happy with the results , everything is clean and I know that there is no plastic residue on my dishes which is what I wanted. I have been using Dip laundry sheets and Dip dishwasher sheets for a couple of months now. I couldn’t be more impressed! I’m someone that is trying really hard to do things differently to be kinder to ourselves and our planet. It’s certainly needed. This company certainly ticks all the boxes for me. From their fantastic minimal packaging with just a card envelope to recycle. No waste and the products work really well. My washing is clean, smells great, great on stains and no residue. Kind to your skin and the environment. The dishwasher sheets clean really well and we compared it to other dishwashing products but Dip really stood out for amazing cleanliness, no residue and again kind to the environment - no nasty chemicals ! Fantastic idea to get away from the usual detergents with toxic chemicals. After several weeks usage of washing detergent and dishwasher detergent it became apparent that my clothes and dishes were not as clean as they should be. I was advised to double up on the detergents but this would end up being far too expensive. I’m a bit disappointed but hope that Dip will attempt to improve their quality and I would most definitely try again.

Love the idea of no chemicals when eating/cooking with washed items, especially as I’m really trying to improve my health as well as the oceans. Easy to order, prompt delivery and can skip, order now or cancel anytime. However, a dishwasher is an item to help me with the conditions I have and unfortunately using Dip is making things harder and not cost effective especially as the sheets are not cheap. Things do not come out clean and sparkly and a lot of things have to be re-done or cleaned by hand. It’s not just food/drink stains left behind but white streaks on glass dishes and other things. Cancelling out the benefit and cost effectiveness. I live in a hard water area and do use Salt and Rinse Aid. I also scrape and wipe before putting the dirty stuff in. All in all I don’t think I will continue to use them and hope a better clean will/can be developed as the idea is great. I will keep trying to find a friendly use one

Love the idea. The cleaning spray and bottle are brilliant. Sadly the laundry detergent is not strong enough. After 30 washes clothes wete smelling and still dirty and the washing machine was smelling too. Not keen on the dishwasher tablets too gone back to my usual brand

I have been using Dip for a while now. Dishwasher tablets are good (not wonderful with cooking pots but overall ok). Not too happy with the clothes though. Smell is very light and goes away quickly. They refresh rather than clean, so for children's clothes or anything with a stain, it won't do it and I've tried adding larger portions of the sheets which makes it quite expensive. The softener also doesn't soften the clothes, and given that I have a water softener in my home and my towels dry like a rick, I'm becoming very skeptical. I keep using them because I had skin health issues so I'm too worried to go back to usual detergent but currently actively looking for a replacement as not too happy and too expensive as well.

Although I like not using chemicals the dishwasher sheets do not clean very well and I have to add oxygen bleach to make sure everything is clean. Thank you for your response, Dip, but I didn’t notice until email and didn’t receive any response.

I love the concept of eco friendly, low chemical products and was looking forward to trying the Dip dishwasher sheets. I have persevered through a 60-wash pack and remain very disappointed. The cleaning performance is not as I had hoped or expected. Dishes and cutlery are often left dirty. The biggest let down has been the dark rings regularly left on coffee mugs. This is despite diligent stacking of the dishwasher and trying a higher temperature programme. I'm afraid I'll be going back to one of your competitors.
